Eat Salt Lake

I confess that I had low expectations for the Tandoor Indian Grill, mainly because of its location. Restaurants at 700 E and 3300 S have been mediocre at best, in my opinion. The corner spot has been home to a Gandolfo’s sandwich shop, a Mexican cafe, a sushi place, and who knows what other restaurants, none of which has lasted very long. Tandoor Indian Grill isn’t in the corner spot, though. It’s a few doors down and maybe that’s all it takes to succeed.

Insert a three month delay…

I’m realizing I never finished this post. I’ll summarize by saying it’s worth going to. Not as good as Bombay House, but still good.
